You can delete your iSharp account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how. (Google Play requires apps to show this information.)
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open the iSharp app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: Request by email
If you can't access the app, email hello@isharp.org from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my iSharp account”. We may ask you to confirm the request.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name and email).
- Your exam choices, study progress, scores, streaks and XP.
- Your Ivy chat history and uploaded question photos.
- Your notification tokens.
What we may keep
We may keep payment records for [number] [months/years] where the law requires it, and anonymised statistics that can't identify you. Deletion is completed within [number] days of your request.
Premium: Deleting your account ends your Premium access. [Explain your refund policy for unused Premium time.]
